How long does it take to go live?

Classes, subjects and staff take an afternoon. Students and parents import from your Excel sheets, and parents can log in as soon as they're added. A go-live checklist in the app shows what's left.

Do you take a share of the fees parents pay?

No. Parents pay through your school's own Razorpay, PayU, Cashfree or CCAvenue account, and the money settles into your bank. You pay us one flat yearly price; the gateway charges its usual rate.

We already use another system. Can we bring our data?

Yes. Students, parents and staff import from Excel or CSV, with each row checked before anything is saved. Siblings are linked automatically by the parent's mobile number.

Do parents need to download an app?

No download is required. Parents open the school's web address on their phone and log in with the mobile number the school has, using a code sent by SMS. They can add it to their home screen like an app.

What happens to our data if we stop using eSchoolOS?

It stays yours. You can download a full copy at any time. If a subscription lapses, the school becomes read-only; nothing is deleted.

Is children's data safe?

Data is stored in India. Aadhaar numbers and health notes are encrypted, parents give recorded consent under the DPDP Act 2023, and staff who handle fees or records must use two-step login.
